Jan 29, 2020 The TS9800 Series Jet Valve Dispensing System includes the TS9800 Piezo-actuated jet valve and TS980 Smart Controller. Unlike pneumatic jet valves and other contact dispensing solutions, the TS9800 Jet Valve utilizes Piezo, non-contact jetting technology for increased speed and reduced scrap during the dispensing process.
The Techcon TS9800 Jet Valve provides ultra-fast dispensing speeds and the capability to dispense dots and lines as small as 0.5nL at up to 1500 Hz continuous and 2000 Hz max bursts for higher throughput on a wide range of fluid types and viscosities.
The TS8100 Series Positive Displacement Pump will be shown with the TS580R smart controller. The TS8100 Series is designed to dispense a wide range of fluids, from low viscosity coatings to high viscosity greases. Typical applications include under filling PCBA components, encapsulation and potting applications, applying lubrication on automotive parts, and dispensing pastes and flux.
The TSR2000 series smart dispensing robot is designed specifically for precise fluid dispensing applications and it is compatible with all valve types and controllers. The user-friendly smart PC-based software makes the robot easy to program and simple to operate.
The TS5624DMP Disposable Diaphragm Valve will be on display with a TS550R smart controller. The disposable material path rotary valve is equipped with a quick access hinged door, for rapid feed-path replacement. Techcon’s patented Disposable Material Path (DMP) valve contains a disposable feed screw for easy maintenance and reliable dispensing. With the feed screw made of Delrin®, the valve is designed for use with two-compound and UV fluids.
The TS5540-046R Spray Valves are designed for precise spray applications of low viscosity materials. An external stroke control makes it easy for the operator to fine-tune fluid flow. Total control of the spray cycle is provided by adjustable fluid flow and precise control of prespray, atomizing air and post spray with the TS560R Smart Controller.
