 Tropical Stencil, a leading provider of laser cut stencils, has appointed Andres Torres of Technical Resources Corporation (TRC) to represent its products in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

TRC, founded by Frank Mascetti in 1993, is a manufacturer’s rep firm that specializes in manufacturing, inspection and synergistic products for the PCB assembly industry.
