ViTrox Technologies recently collaborated with its strategic partner, Linkways, for the launch of its first User Group Meetings (UGM) in Shenzhen and Suzhou, China. Both UGMs were well received with more than 60 customers in attendance.
This is the first time that ViTrox and Linkways have cooperated to organize such an event in this region. The event focused on ViTrox's AOI and AXI new technology introductions. Event speakers included representatives from ViTrox and Linkways who discussed the latest technology and product features. Additionally, they conducted an offline demonstration with real case studies to help participants gain a better understanding of the new features.
ViTrox and Linkways also used this opportunity to understand the problems that its customers face and offer them solutions. Customers came together and shared their experiences using ViTrox products. Customers also gained insight into upcoming technologies.
One of the participants commented, “This UGM is great because it is the first event that provided three-way communication to us. The Q&A session allows us to ask some questions that we are facing and we can receive solutions from other customers who had worked with ViTrox and Linkways during the same session.”
