Award-Winning Murray Percival Co. Now Represents EVS International

Mar 14, 2022

The Murray Percival Company is pleased to announce it now offers the premier solder recovery company, EVS International, including the new EVS 11KLFHS Solder Recovery System.

Featuring a range of solder recovery systems with capacities from 3-40 lb., users can quickly recover up to 80 percent of pure solder with a higher ROI from the dross. The system features a totally sealed cabinet, enclosing the dross bucket and fume extraction. The revolutionary Tilting Pot Mechanism allows engineers to dispense with the space consuming twin opposed air rams and door.

“We are extremely pleased to be associated with the great folks at EVS,” commented Murray Percival Jr., Visionary, Murray Percival Company. “Their technology supports our goal, which is to create value for our awesome customers. What better way to do that than to save them a considerable amount of money, which they can apply to their bottom line. Thanks EVS for the opportunity!”

The new EVS 11KLF has an 11 kilo/24 lb. pot and the EVS 18KLF has a 18 kilo/38 lb. pot. The solder recovery system has a touchscreen display and. like all EVS systems, is totally automatic. This new patented technology provides a clean ingot bar as it filters the solder through gauze, offering a very high recovery rate and achieving up to 80 percent of the solder from the dross.

“Partnering with Murray Percival was an easy choice,” commented Simon Norman, Director, EVS International. “Like EVS International, it is a family business with family values and a great reputation in the industry. All of us at EVS are excited to work with them and help their customers reduce their solder purchases.”

With the newfound price-to-performance ratio in a lead-free version, every user of wave/selective solder machines from the thousands of small job shops to the user of one lead and one lead-free unit have a compelling reason to invest in the EVS 11KLF solder recovery system and gain pure solder and an impressive return in months not years. The EVS 11 KLF also can help to reduce dedrossing time by 75 percent and has a recovery rate of up to 80 percent.

The simple but ruggedly designed unit is ISO14001 compatible as it lives by the ISO mantra of reduce –  reuse – recycle.
