Juki Automation Systems, Inc., a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and part of Juki Corporation, announces that it has signed a long-term exclusive cooperation and distribution agreement with GKG Precision Machine Company, Ltd. of Guangdong, China and its sales arm GKG Asia Pte Ltd. of Singapore. The agreement covers the development, customization and sales of GKG screen printing systems and accessories in the Americas.
Juki Automation Systems’ President and CEO Bob Black commented, “We have been quite impressed with the quality and innovation shown by GKG during the last six months of our discussions with them. We have conducted extensive testing of GKG printers at key Juki customers and the results have been very positive. As a result, we are pleased to add GKG to our sales portfolio. I also want to commend the hard work by Juki’s OEM Business Manager Todd O’Neil in working to complete this agreement with GKG.”
GKG Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 as a leading company with R&D, manufacturing, sales and service of high-tech integrated equipment. GKG started out as a manufacturer of SMT fully automatic solder paste screen printers. The company has since extended into the LED market with a fully automatic high-speed die bonder, a wire bonding machine and a solar cell production line solution.

Juki will stock GKG printers at its facilities in Morrisville, NC and Fremont, CA. The printers will be available for delivery effective immediately.
