Session S21 will take place Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
With the tendency to look at alternative lead-free alloys to the standard lead-free Sn3Ag0.5Cu solder, there are increasing questions concerning how to make more informed decisions on alloy choice for specific product applications.
