Juki Automation Systems, a world-leading provider of automated assembly products and systems and part of Juki Corporation, awarded Carlos Eijansantos Regional Sales Manager of the Year 2012 at the recent awards banquet held during the Juki Americas National Sales meeting. The meeting took place October 4-6, 2012 at Juki’s facility in Morrisville, NC.
Bob Black, President and CEO of Juki Automation Systems, said, “Carlos has always been a very hard worker at Juki. It is no surprise that he has won this award again. He has my warmest congratulations.”
Carlos has been with JAS, Inc. for 19 years, and has been the company’s Western Regional Sales Manager for the last 13 years. In this role, he oversees the West Coast, upper Midwest, Rocky Mountain States, British Columbia, TJ and Mexicali. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from San Jose University, and has experience as a Field Service Engineer, Applications Engineer, Service Manager and Sales Engineer prior to becoming a Sales Manager.
“I am honored to receive this award again, and I believe that my engineering background and experience in service and applications has helped me to develop a better understanding of how our equipment works to better represent the machines,” said Eijansantos. “I am now able to help our customers determine the best solution for their applications and know firsthand how reliable Juki machines are.”
