PRIDE Industries Receives Two Service Excellence Awards for Responsiveness and Value

Feb 19, 2013

PRIDE Industries, a social enterprise providing first-rate manufacturing and service solutions to business and government, announces that it has been awarded a 2013 Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award in the category of EMS Revenues Under $20 Million for its outstanding customer ratings, as judged by its own customers. The company received high scores for its responsiveness and value.

Sponsored by Circuits Assembly, the Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) providers and electronics assembly suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service. The program, now in its 21st year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction.

Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief, Mike Buetow presented the award to Steve Twitchell during a Tuesday, February 19, 2013 ceremony that took place at the San Diego Convention Center in California during the IPC Apex Conference and Exposition.

We are honored to receive this recognition based on the positive feedback from our customers,” said Steve Twitchell, VP Business Development & Service Operations at PRIDE Industries.  “Satisfied customers are the greatest measure of our success and this award is a testament to the hard work and customer driven focus of our world class account management and engineering support teams.  They work tirelessly to create customized solutions to ensure that we continuously meet and exceed customer expectations, and this award is positive affirmation that their hard work does not go unnoticed.”
