For this educational event, four industry experts join together to offer low cost solutions and present a guide to best practices on PCB cleaning, failure mechanisms, solder paste challenges, surface analytics and conformal coating.
ZESTRON’s Application Technology Manager, Umut Tosun, will present “Why Clean PCB’s” while Kester’s experts will address the “Properties and Performance of Water Soluble Fluxes in Surface Mount and Microelectronics Packaging Assembly.” Furthermore, Mike Konrad, President of Aqueous Technologies will speak about “How Clean is Clean?” and “Achieving the Lowest Cost per Assembly with an Environmentally Responsible Defluxing Process.” Humiseal’s Technical Services Manager, Kenny Kam, will present “Integrated Conformal Coating Solutions for Better PCBA Reliability.”
The workshop with conclude with a panel discussion featuring all of the presenters and includes a complimentary lunch.
