The Viscom S3088 QC uses specially designed machine vision algorithms to inspect post-placement boards as well as wave and reflow solder joints from orthogonal views to provide maximum speed. It is equipped with four highly precise, orthogonal camera modules. The integrated flexible illumination can be easily adjusted to best fit the desired inspection task. The system utilizes all Viscom inspection software with extended features to ensure the highest inspection quality and reliability. Also, it applies a new conveyor mechanism, allowing for ultra-short cycle times.AOI operation and inspection program generation are simple and convenient with the S3088 QC.
