Speedprint Technology exhibit in Hall A2, Booth 439 at the productronica International Trade Fair, scheduled to take place Nov. 10-13, 2015 at the Messe München exhibition center in Munich, Germany. Speedprint’s flagship printer, the SP710 will be shown as standard with a Dual Roving Camera (DRc), SMarT-Cal and 610mm x 515mm substrate capability. SMarT-Cal is Speedprint’s unique product-based machine calibration that maintains the largest process window to manage today’s most sophisticated application challenges. Also, attendees will learn why Speedprint can boast of the lowest maintenance and ownership costs in the industry.
Additionally, the SP710 will be equipped with the Advanced Dispense Unit + (ADu+) significantly increase the flexibility of the SP710. The unit has been enhanced to deliver the best accuracy of any printer based dispenser. It can be used with a wider range of materials and new applications for stencil-less prototyping and on-the-fly engineering changes. This further saves operational costs and provides a competitive time-to-market advantage for Speedprint customers.

The new RGB Camera system allows users to create their own light, being simply software configured and stored to each specific job. Using a combination of lighting colors and intensities, the operator can develop solutions for the most difficult forms of substrates and finishes.
Also on display, the SP210avi printer is the smallest inline printer of its class in the world. The SP210 contains all the features needed, as standard, to operate in the most demanding of production environments. Fitted with one micron linear encoders, precision ground ball screws and a closed-loop solid state squeegee system, the SP210 defines simplicity and quality in an SMT process. In addition to these standard features, Speedprint will be able to demonstrate its trademark process flexibility with Laser Tooling, Gerber programming and 2D + Inspection systems.
