STI Electronics, Inc., a full-service organization providing training services, training materials, analytical/failure analysis, prototyping, and small-to-medium volume contract PCB assembly, announces James Nicholson’s 20-year anniversary. Nicholson’s anniversary was celebrated with a cake shared with all of his colleagues at STI. In recognition of this significant milestone, David Raby, President/CEO, presented Nicholson with a reserved parking place of his choosing, a monetary bonus, a vacation leave bonus and a certificate in appreciation of his 20 years of dedicated service.
Over the past 20 years, Nicholson has been willing to move into a variety of different positions as needed by the company. He began his employment with STI in 1998 as a front office support clerk. Since that time, he has been placed in positions of greater responsibility culminating with his current position of costing/sales and as a program manager for the Engineering Services Division.
“James’ willingness to step outside his comfort zone and accept other positions within the company is a testament to his work ethic,” said David Raby, President/CEO. “I’m looking forward to being able to talk about that same work ethic at his 30-year anniversary.”
