How thick should a finished PCB board be? Is 0.1 mm OK?

Here is the common thickness of finished PCB for your reference:

Rigid PCB: 0.5mm and 5mm or so;

Flex PCB: 0.1-0.2mm around;

Ultrathin Rigid PCB: 0.3-0.5mm.
