Kurtz Ersa Inc. has enhanced its customer connections via videoconferencing and the company’s regular digital communication system has been upgraded in Plymouth, WI, to better assist customers who do not wish to travel to the facility.

We continue to limit the number of working employees in groups and we have backup staff plans in place.”
Kurtz Ersa’s outgoing part shipments from the warehouse are proceeding as normal and customers should see very little change. The company’s support staff and receiving teams are working hard together to provide any parts needed to customers. As long as delivery services and freight carriers remain in operation, Kurtz Ersa will continue to provide needed parts and machines to its customers.
