PVA Showcasing New Valve Tool Changer and Motorized Tilt for Delta 8 Selective Conformal Coating at APEX

PVA today announced plans to exhibit at the 2022 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place Jan. 25-27, 2022 at the San Diego Convention Center in California.  The team will showcase four systems in Booth #2301, including the Delta 8 Selective Conformal Coating Machine with the new Valve Tool Changer and 5th Axis Motorized Tilt. Additionally, a Delta 8 Coating/Dispensing System will be equipped with a PDP Progressive Cavity Dual Pump with Fiducial Camera and Needle Calibration, another Delta 8 Coating/Dispensing System will be on display with the MR1 Metered Piston Dispenser, and the Sigma Benchtop Robot will be shown with the FCS300 Spray Valve and FCM100 Front Closing Micro Dispense Valve.

The new Valve Tool Changer feature can accommodate four additional valves in the machine that can be automatically picked up and used at any time.  Users can now increase the number of applications each machine can satisfy without sacrificing valuable work area.

The 5th Axis Tilt feature is a motorized programmable tilt that can be configured to adjust to any angle between -50 degrees to 50 degrees.  This flexibility allows greater part accessibility for more accurate dispense and spray processes.

Ideal for selective coating, potting, bead and meter-mix dispensing applications, the Delta 8 is designed for maximum flexibility and can be configured for custom assembly applications.

The Delta 8 has many options and integrated features including robotic system repeatability of +/-25 microns and multiple dispensing applications or materials in one cell.
