Next, Walt Custer, president of Custer Consulting Group, will provide a fact-based, micro look at the industry in his presentation, Business Outlook: Global Electronics Industry. Custer is an industry analyst focused on the printed circuit fabrication and assembly industries and a frequent lecturer at IPC events. Custer has been vice-chairman of the TMRC Steering Committee, chairman of the IPC Printed Circuits Expo Trade Show Subcommittee and recipient of an IPC President's Award.

Following lunch, Kenton Alder, TTM Technologies president and CEO, and Stacey Peterson, CFO and secretary at TTM Technologies, will resume the meeting with a dual perspective on the future of the IMS/PCB industry. Prior to his current tenure at TTM Technologies, Alder served as vice president of Tyco Printed Circuit Group Inc., president and CEO of ElectroStar, Inc., and president of Lundahl Astro Circuits Inc. Ms. Peterson held various high-level positions at Atlantic Richfield Company before joining TTM Technologies in February 2000.

Roy A. Bauer, Pemstar, Inc.s executive vice president, North American Operations, will then concentrate on the EMS industry and share his vision for the future in his presentation, Contract Manufacturing: Where Do We Go from Here? Prior to joining Pemstar, Inc., Bauer was employed by IBM for 24 years in manufacturing engineering, operations management, and quality management.
