The FX-3, rated at 60,000 CPH, will be shown in a line that includes two FX-3 chip shooters and a new KE2080 flexible mounter. The rated speed of the line will be 135,400 CPH and will demonstrate minimum footprint and maximum flexibility by being able to place parts ranging from an 01005 (0402 metric) chip to a 50 x 150 mm connector. The FX-3 will mark the entrance of Juki into ultra-high-speed assembly lines and will introduce Jukis standards for high quality, reliability and cost of ownership. The modular FX-3 fits seamlessly into Jukis portfolio of products and adds its powerful optimization software and quick-change feeder banks to set the standard for electronics manufacturing uptime.
Juki President and CEO Bob Black said, The speed of the FX-3 chip shooter adds a new dimension to our product offerings and gives us the opportunity to introduce Juki into new markets at a very aggressive price point that we feel will be very, very attractive to larger EMS companies that are looking to maximize their resources. Our strengths of high quality, reliability and outstanding service are recognized worldwide and are the leading factors to our success. We feel strongly that if people take the time to try out our machines, they will find that the systems will sell themselves when put to the test.
