The Juki 350 is a complete low cost, high-level package ready for lead-free production offering high reliability and industry-leading service and support features. It comes standard with an X,Y, Z and A axis servo drive system and is fully equipped with all of the functionality necessary to begin production immediately. The system includes a soldering unit that features forced hot air nitrogen pre-heat at the mini-wave nozzle. Nitrogen pre-heat limits dross build up, opening the process window and reducing maintenance. An innovative nitrogen management system is used to reduce nitrogen consumption.
Other standard features of the Juki 350 include: a spray fluxer or micro-dot jet fluxer mounted on an individual A axis servo drive, a 5 liter pressurized flux tank, an exchangeable quick exchange mini-wave nozzle from 4 to 30 mm in diameter (custom nozzles are available by request), an exchangeable lead-free ready solder pot with 110 lb capacity, an auto feeder solder roll for maintaining solder pot feed level, a wave height on/off control feature, online/offline programming software that can accept images such as JPG, BMP, TIF, as well as Gerber files for easy programming with a simple to use GUI, and a float sensor for keeping constant levels of solder in the pot at all times.
The 350 is available with a dual nozzle, dual fluxing capability allowing different types of nozzles to be utilized on a single board. This feature makes the 350 the most flexible machine in its price range. Also available on the 350 is an endoscope process camera that allows for viewing the process live and in real time to ensure quality soldering of each board.
The 350 Selective Soldering System is a result of the partnership of Soldercom, Inertec, and Juki
who have teamed up to design and manufacture, sell, and service selective soldering products of the highest quality, reliability and innovation. The 350 is supported by the experienced and highly trained Juki service group, providing the largest service coverage in the Selective Soldering industry in North America.
