As part of this program the company also will offer fully refurbished Juki feeders for sale at a very competitive market price.
Top feeder performance is essential to running production at peak efficiency. Properly maintained feeders will improve line performance and reduce changeover time by:
- increasing the capability to gang pick parts
- reducing the number of component mispicks
- eliminating the need to manually teach feeder pick positions
- correcting feeder advancement problems.
As part of the program, a certified Juki technician will inspect all feeders. Any parts deemed in need of replacement or repair will be replaced by new Juki parts. Finally, feeders will be calibrated within Juki's specification using the latest feeder calibration equipment.
