Valor’s DFM Solution Is Now Available on a Subscription Basis

Aug 12, 2009

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — August 2009 — Valor Computerized Systems, Inc., a global provider of productivity improvement software across the printed circuit board manufacturing supply chain, announces its industry-leading DFM solution now is available on a cost-effective subscription basis.

Valor’s DFM software has been used by leading electronics companies for the past 10 years to help them achieve faster time-to-market and to reduce New Product Introduction (NPI) costs. Recently, The Aberdeen Group conducted a survey of PCB Design Integrity and found that Valor DFM users experienced 57% fewer design revision spins than other companies. Now, using the subscription program, users can receive these benefits without spending precious capital.

Valor’s innovative subscription plan allows users to pay a monthly rate that includes all technical support and enhancements to the software at no additional charge for the duration of the subscription. The subscriptions are available in one, two or three year terms.

For as little as $1,100 per month, users now can analyze their PCB designs for fabrication and netlist issues that cause scrap and revision spins. Valor’s unique assembly analysis using the 35 million component Valor Parts Library is available for an added fee. Based on the new subscription offering, customers can realize savings of 25% or more over three years compared to a perpetual license purchase.

Contact Valor for more information about the DFM subscription program at sales-us@valor.com or 949-586-5969.
