Claire’s presentation, Indium and Gallium Supply Sustainability, discusses the sustainability and reliability of critical raw materials for the PV industry. Her presentation provides an analysis of the production processes of these metals from mining through extraction and refining. It also provides an overview of the supply chain, a statement of availability, and an opinion on the economic drivers that influence this market in the foreseeable future. Supply factors to be discussed include reclaim capacity of secondary materials, geographic distribution, and capacity additions.
Claire joined Indium Corporation in 1994 and is responsible for sourcing critical raw materials such as indium, gallium, and germanium for Indium Corporation’s manufacturing operation, as well as for the manufacture, reclaim, and sales of high purity metals and chemicals in Europe and Asia. She earned a bachelor’s degree in languages and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Brussels University’s Solvay Business School. Claire is based in Italy.
