The ZOOM™ Patent #5,818,248 product line shifts the accuracy of ICT test fixtures to the next capability level, allowing access to 0.5mm and smaller test centers.
The PURE ZOOM™ (patent-pending) product line leverages the ZOOM™ concept to the New Product Introduction (NPI) environment by providing the great access capabilities of Zoom at a minimum of 60 percent less cost than a conventional ICT fixture using non-multiplexed in-circuit test equipment.
FSG’s latest dual access design allows accurate and repeatable top-side probing in a large volume manufacturing environment, using the company’s proven guide pin-to-bushing accuracy.
The new LEDCHECK™II is a two channel and the LEDCHECK™ VIII is an eight channel modular assembly designed specifically for true color testing, including color and intensity at ICT or as a standalone unit.
