Lan O'Donnell, "President" announced today that Precision PCB services, Inc. is introducing their new high yield BGA Reballing Fixture that can reball multiple BGA's. The process does not require the use of solder paste. Only application of a tacky flux. Thus eliminating of the need and expense of a solder paste stencil. The fixtures are presently designed to reball one to four BGA's at a time. We plan to have fixtures available to reflow four to ten BGA's at a time within the next month. Precision PCB Services, Inc. provides specialty Products, Services, Training and Consulting for the Assembly, Rework, and Repair of Electronic Assemblies.
