KIC START simplifies curve measurement by summarizing the process into a single data, the Process Window Index(PWI), so that you can really know how good your curve is. The simplified user interface guides the operator throughout the curve measurement process, minimizing potentially incorrect stove settings and reducing error rates.
In order to accurately classify the curves, KIC software uses the Process Process Window(PWI). PWI is a data and object-oriented representation of whether this curve is compliant with the process window by using a simple number. By comparing and arranging curves in the optional suitable process window, PWI can help you get the optimal process curve. The smaller the PWI, the more efficient and stable your process is. (Details refer to PWI data set)
