The SMT Rework course is designed for companies looking to enhance the skills of their top soldering technicians in the removal and replacement of SMT components. The course is based on updated IPC standards, including IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and IPC-7711.

The SMT rework class primarily focuses on hands-on skills, with a small portion dedicated to lectures. Students are guided through a series of tasks where the instructor demonstrates a specific skill, and then students repeat the process until the instructor confirms their mastery through multiple successful removals and replacements.
