Hello Could somebody inform us about real consumption of lead free solder alloy SN100C on your wave solder process. We do not use some antiaxidant and had had alloy consumption about 1 kg per hour. What is your experiance? All sugestion will be well

Thanks Greg Our main problem is that we are putting small number PCB through, about300 PCB, size180*250. Such number order our customer in week. In result we got such high solder consumption and high production cost. We will tray to use antiacidant.

Hi Peter, There is no Silver in it, which even in small quantities (0.3%-4%) improves solderability. I would try and see a demo on a similar machine to yours with a similar product as everyone can get their solder to look great in lab/showroom site
