Desire to push the spacing limit as usual. If I place two 0402 components spaced 7mils between the edge of the two components adjacent pads, which allows for 4mils solder mask webbing between component pads, what would the risk be? Potential for sold

| Hello | Is there anyone who can give me some information regarding yield from gluing 0603 | Is there any other problems that you might have had. | | We glue bottom side 0603's but have changed our pad spacing to accomodate tolerance requirements

Thanks Dave. My engineers are not going to like the news but it's good for me. Maybe now they will use 0603s instead of the 0402s which are not required due to plenty of board space being available. They want to do 0402s just because we now have a

Check your land patterns. I believe someone once made a typo on specs for land pattern spacing and the specs are still being used by some people. I worked for a CM that had a customer that spaced the pads for 0402's too far apart. It was the only

I work for a small OEM. We have outsourced our SMT in the past and considering purchasing some used SMT equipment. My knowledge is limited in this area. Someone in my company has found a Zevatech 575 machine. Our run size is from 25pcs.to 500pcs.

New developments in bulk feeding are making this process of feeding passive components more and more attractive to the PCB manufacturers, for whom the tape feeding for a long time was the solution. The rapid growth in the number of passive component
