Not really, if this is a normal consumer electronics, could be no big issue. Anyway flux residue provide ions and the substance absorb water or moisture. If for automotive or space, could have high risk, it depends your application.

Can anybody suggest how to get reflow soldering datasheet of different components like BGA, QFN , QFP etc with different MPN. Nowadays almost all the datasheets are specifying only about functions alone and nowhere the data available for reflow solde

Thanks for cluing me into IPC-2221. Though the numbers they give seem to contradict what I have learned from people working with the materials. At least I now know where the guideline for a max of 30 microinches of gold for soldering comes from. But
