At my previous employer we ran HSP - GSM lines. Some sites used CIMBridge, others Unicam. We all used UCT52, not USOS, for the HSPs. At that time we had 4796's, 4791's, and USOS 4.X on our GSMs.

I agree! I am using a SAC305 no clean from Alpha. I have noticed that even hand probing with volt meter leads requires me to press very hard on the pads to bust through the flux residue.

Hello, Has anyone had issues with voiding while using Imm Silver PCB finish. Does thickness of silver, contamination of the plating bath or other factors if you come point out cause voids due to the plating.

It does make you think the immersion coating is causing the voiding, doesn't it? We never have seen that.
