Sounds to me like the z-encoder could be a problem. I cant remember but you may be able to disable a head in the system settings. Bob

Sounds like its just rejecting parts. Either the length and width of the component is wrong or the tolerance is set too tight. I don't remember the function codes to edit the tolerance but I left them at 30% (the max) and never had any problems with

It sounds like the vac-verify is not working. There is a command on the hht to turn it off. When turning off your hht will show either 'idle' or enter command' without the V showing anymore. Maybe try the cntrl and vacuum or shift and vacuum. If its

Sounds like a problem with the computer. Will the computer boot from a BART PE or something similar? Try changing the keyboard and mouse.

Sounds like the mouse driver is in the software, but it is not detecting the mouse. My guess is the mouse or connection. If you do need a driver, I've got some. You can give me a call if you need any help. Chris 918-851-3370
