All I can say about Alpha and their GOTT-DAMN website is THEY SUCK!! I refuse to register to view product literature... for that reason, Alpha Metals, you won't be looked at for my pb-free paste or bar solder evals.

I recently purchased a cleaner. I have made great efforts to find a Flux that will not cause this closed loop cleaner to foam. The last was a Neutral WS flux from Alpha Metals but it still foams. This foaming is happening after wave solder.

Dear Chris, I suppose that you may contact Alpha Metals or Cookson Semiconductor guys. They offer several types of no-clean flux for flip chip application. I hope it would not be too late. Kelvin
