Do you bake the boards after 30 minute submersion? Parts and boards are netoriously hydroscopic. What do you do to combat organcis in solution? How do you know your boards are "clean"? Clean is differnet things to different people. Just currious

I usually see this with mask that is not fully cured from the PCB shop. This probably agrees with the baking statement that you made.

Hi Kim Dun take any risk in delamination bcoz u will be the person to answer for being it. So, we do bake all Pcbs, which have 3months of shelf life, b4 startin any process although they are still inside the factory packs.
