Hi Kim Dun take any risk in delamination bcoz u will be the person to answer for being it. So, we do bake all Pcbs, which have 3months of shelf life, b4 startin any process although they are still inside the factory packs.

HI, I believe that the problem is moisture in the boards. You should bake the boards in oven for 24hours or so and then run them.
