BTU International, Inc. today announced plans to exhibit during the 2022 IPC APEX EXPO, scheduled to take place Jan. 25-27, 2022 at the San Diego Convention Center in California. The company will showcase its Aqua Scrub™ Flux Management Technology and a PYRAMAX™ 125N reflow oven in Booth #1601.

BTU International has renewed its membership in the Advanced Research in Electronics Assembly (AREA) Consortium, established by Universal Instruments’ Advanced Process Laboratory (APL). The state-of-the-art APL currently houses a PYRAMAX™ 100N Reflow Oven with 400°C capability and will soon accept delivery of a PYRAMAX™ 125N Reflow Oven. The 125N features a 24" width process chamber enabling the processing of large boards for LED and other applications.

Has anyone got any of these ovens or know of any issues with these? We are on the market for a 10 or 12 zone oven and the BTU above is looking like the favourite Any info would be great

These ovens maintain good profiling as long as you stay on top of maintenance. I had 4 150's and 1 125. The biggest headache is keep the plenums cleaned (very messy). Also the blower motors have been replaced a few times on them as well. If I were yo
