Have you considered selling the one you have there and buying a used one in N.A.? Might be more efficient. You are on 50Hz, right? I'm 99% sure Mexico is same as us at 60Hz.

Really . . . 40,000 Euro for a new Heller 7 zone oven? Sounds too good to be true. Anyway, if thats the case I would not invest 20K to reapir a 10 year old oven.

You likely will not get 10 years of service out of the Heller and it is certainly not as well built as the VIP-98. If those things do not matter to you and it's all about the money then you sound like the perfect Heller customer.

Do you have the electrical schematic? The matting connector should be right there at the machine frame just under the mounting hole for the light tower. Light Towers can be an "option" on machine configurations, perhaps your machine was not configure

This is a long shot, but can anybody advise on the supplies for a BTU oven. It is currently in the UK and is supplied by a 415V 4 wire. That is 3 phases and a neutral. We need to ship it to our plant in Mexico where they have a 480V 3 wire supply.
