Here�s my opinion PanaPro (Panasonic): good balancing/optimization, very easy to setup and use, quick good results, not so good support for third party machines(optimization), Timestamps for balancing/optimization is quite accurate. Cad-conversion?

Have you considered using PCBSYynergy for the CAD conversion and bypass the gerber step. Then add in Programming by Ealead. https://ealead-e.ucoz.com/index/products/0-8 https://pcbsynergy.com This ends the breaking of QC by bypassing human process

I am currently using an older copy of CircuitCAM. We have not updated support for it in a few years, and do not have the extra CAD importers, but it works great with .356 CAD, and gerber files. We also purchased a copy of ViewMarkup from unisoft CIM.

Do you have JUKI 730EPU or 740EPU offline software ? Juki files are binary format , makes hard for any thirdparty cad conversion tools. JUKI HLC can handle these machines but I suspect not supported anymore for your age of machines NO third party s
