I have few problems below, 1.I had problem with clean glue stencil at the midle of the process and after the process. 2.Very hard to Fix the bridging on the (close pin) connectors through the wave. Anyone can help on this. Thanks Van

I recently purchased a cleaner. I have made great efforts to find a Flux that will not cause this closed loop cleaner to foam. The last was a Neutral WS flux from Alpha Metals but it still foams. This foaming is happening after wave solder.

I have thin rectangular shaped part. It has three pins two close on one side and one on the other. The numbers on the part are: tcxo413 tcc9951 Any help would be greatly appreciated

Another consideration is that heat damage is accumulative. If you have temperature sensitive components, that third reflow may be bringing them close to their failure point.

Again not quite what your looking for, but close, consider IPC-2221, Generic Standard On Printed Board Design, Para. 4.4.4 for minimum requirements for edge board connectors, as a baseline.

I saw a post from last year that quoted Hadco. For a .062" thick PWB, the remaining material was .012" +/- .002". This is close to what we have been using, but some PwB vendors are now asking for .020" +/-.005". This seems too thick for smooth bre
