i mean that the parts that we have here is ROHS compliant(pb free)but the process that we have(the type of solder paste & the surface finish of the board has pb in its mixture) this is not the cause of problem ?

I have a problem with a Murata cap chip type resonator(ROHS). After the reflow process, the soldering joints flow to one side of the component. I did not have this problem with the leaded component. Did someone have a solution for this problem?
