Try to check the SSR (Solid State Relay) in the back panel. You may need to replace one or some of them. Good luck.

I have a HVC 102 reflow oven that will randomly shut down for over/under heat. On the 601 overheat protection zone 4 will read over 500c. Has anyone had this problem?

I work for a contract manufacture of PCB's, we are also in the BGA rework business. We see all kinds of different size boards, as well as different types of BGA's and micro BGA's. We selected the Conceptronics Freedom 2000 over the Air Vac and SRT. T

I need your help! We have been doing double sided surface mount for 4 years now. Up until 6 months ago I have not had a tombstoning problem. Since then I have a fairly high incidence rate of tombstones on the 0603 size resistors (no other parts).
