We use both, old boards and repair kits with equal success. Contact East (http://www.contacteast.com/) has a nice selection of kits depending on your needs, beginner v.s. experienced.

Yep.. Contact East and Jensen Tools are now Stanley Supply & Services. They have the 3515 but you must buy in multiples of 10 and no luck with Technitool. I have exhausted most of the distributer I know. Thats why i'm here!!
