Cooking bags. The ones for "large bird game" work very well. I believ I got them from Hormel. They are not ESD approved, but your thermal recorder should come out dry and well browned.

was the first thing we did. No improvements. In the meanwhile we have change the lot of the components. and it seems that there is humidity absorbed by the components. we are cooking now the lot and waiting for improvemnets. thk u for the support

I've been wondering if a reflow oven would work well for cooking pizza. Put your frozen pizza on a cookie sheet, slow your belt speed down a bit and run it through. Anyone ever tried that? :-)

Hi Rob, Could be moisture getting into the boards or the BGAs or it could be drafts messing with the thermocouples measuring the heat at board level meaning you over cook it. Are you pre-baking the PCBAs & the BGAs before reworking and replacing?

Is this solder lead or lead free? Try look at the delta of the PCB during re-flow, you might find that the smaller parts are being "cooked" faster and burning off the flux.

We did not try using water. Once the nozzles were left in the pot a while longer, the yellow goes away. Suggesting that it's cooking off.
