Wanted to know if there was a good "to go by" tip other than the customers(if it helps current req.,10% of 30% of trace) requirements, about pits in the traces on copper plated ceramic substrates? More to the point how many is too many regardless of

Hello Pascal As mentioned by Wolfgang the key issue is the printing process capability. For a thick copper level 90m we noticed that the pad reduction can be greater than 20% depending on supplier sources. Typicaly for a cad Width = 0.4 we can

Hi Pascal, 0,65mm pitch normally isnt much of a problem. With 90m CU I dont have any experience but would like to know what deviation from nominal value for the pads you get with different PCB-deliveries. In short, for the standard Cu=35m we se

Hi,I am a newone here.I wonder if the copper strip can be tin welded on PCB board? How should it be welded? Are there any requirements? Are there any defects?

Armin: How ya doin bud? CK gives good advice, but I'd like to take a bit of a different angle. Q1. For 0.7 mm (0.027in) diameter hole for vias, whats the minimum annular ring for this hole diameter? Depends on what youre trying to do. For in

Do you refer to the highlight in the picture as a solderball? Looks more like copper to me.

I have to agree with Patrick here. This image appears to show a board that is NOT HASL as there is what appears to be a copper pad in the upper portion of the image. But then again the arrow tip appears to be white and I woudl expect that to be red s

Can I manually tin them with solder specially the BGA's. Will that improve the solderability? What about corrosion of the copper? will it be prevented with the above process considering that after tinning of solder the solderability became acceptable
