AOI cycle times typically increase as defects/false calls found increases. If it's not that then possibly aging hardware or something has become corrupt in the software?

Can you make a clone of your corrupted HDD? Get a new HDD, I think any HDD with the correct connections is ok. Restore the clone to the new HDD. You can't lose anything if you try..
