What is the exact error message? or error code? Machine stop ramdonly. No error code if try to reset error it show T , turn power off. then turn off power . start again. set cam angle manually to origion & start. thanks ajay

We're getting an error on our CP643 that we can't seem to make sense of. It's a D1 axis error, but we're only getting it when we run a feeder on device 140. Any advice would be appreciated.

Try switching to a different board and see if the error goes away. If it does, it has something to do with one of the loader sensors not being made.

Hello, We're experiencing about 4% loss of parts (primarily 0402 caps and resistors, few 0603s and 0805s), and the error codes are mostly 12040403 and 1CA0A009. The help manual on error codes is cryptic at best. Can anyone help me interpret these

did you try it with different product/programs? if not, then please try. It could be a mistyped placing position also. Is there any error code? Could be several reasons but I think servo amplifier or servo motor could be the cause. More info would be
