I just had the same issue, it was a corrupt fiducial file in the program that kept on loading when booted. If your vision card is working follow these steps: Reboot the machine, press F5 when the computer beeps to enter DOS, delete the file maninf.d

Sounds like you need to run the MINT program. Boot the machine into MSDOS mode change directory to mint and type load. Let the machine auto detect the cards and re download the software to all cards.

As stated, that error relates to rail lifted sensord (L & R)... Machine is perceiving that something is causing rails to lift at inappropriate time. You can monitor sensor status in Rising Table diagnostic to see that they are toggling appropriately.

No, there is not a way to initialise into the diagnostics menu with the head raised / covers open. Literally lowering the head manually (prop head, disconnect actuator, etc) is naturally possible, but not receommended... and based upon your symptom
