Hello, we are using DEK265gsx printers, at the minute ARCOM unit is not communicating with motor control cards 0,1,2,3 in Y1 enclosure. Checked CPU & RS232/485 cards from other DEK265, found okay. Any help will be appreciated. Mysmt

Sounds like you need to go into set-up and define HDD. Does not auto-detect.

Hello, we have a DEK 248 just acted up with the squeegee orror. unit powered up initiated and when throght setup a job fine but when we started printing, the back squeegee came down, touched the stencil, stay for about 5 second then came back up with

Squeegee error on a 248 is strictly that sensor (reed SW) on corresponding (Front / rear) squeegee cylinder is not seeing a change in state... Either a physical obstruction preventing cylinder from exending fully - OR- if it is extending fully, then

We have a Dek Horizon and we have started getting a data file open error when trying to save files. This is resulting in us having to re-teach board fiducials etc in every time we switch back to a previous job. Any ideas?
