If you moved the dongle, you should put it into exactly same USB port again.

So looks like we have it locked down to the dongle failing, we have tried to read it in other PC's with Deskey's software and nothing. the PC's can see the dongle in the device manager but get nothing else. I don't believe we have a back up for this
