We need to use a conformal product that will hold up in environmental tests, for southern CA weather specifically. Does anyone have experience with both, which do you prefer? Has anyone seen or had test data for these materials? Thanks in advanc

I believe Humiseal (and others) makes some water based coatings...www.humiseal.com Dymax has a no VOC UV cure if you have an adequate UV source.

We use one quite often. Our machine is a Uvitron Conveyor 40 as we are a large coating house and this allows us to process many boards. Dymax also maufactures and sells machines as well. Humiseal and Dymax both manufacture UV coatings. Emerson Cuming

Frank R, I believe the Dymax #984-LVUF is a POLYURETHANE RESIN. I have used Humiseal 1A27 and 1A33 for several years with great success. Both of these materials are High VOC materials. If your customer does not require these materials to be aproved
