We run 2 lines: Line 1 has a Dek 265, GL5, CP43, QP242E, and Heller 1900W; Line 2 has an Ekra X4, GL541, CP643E, QP242E, and BTU VIP98N oven. Soon both lines will have new Ekra X5 screen printers and the BTU replaced with another Heller. Works for us

I am using SiPlace S20 and F4 machines. Both of them handle 0402 without problem. A newer machine, like S23 or S25HM is way better and accurate, S27HM can place smaller parts too. We are using EKRA E5 (2000) which can print this size without issues.

I'm using an EKRA X5 printer. My QC department has been rejecting boards for "fibers" in solder joints. After investigation, I have determined that the fibers are coming from the stencil cleaner paper. I'm using JNJ Industries p/n 5404EK paper. A

Well we have decided to go with the Panasonic NPM W2(WX at end of year)...... Really liking the Ekra screen printers. Looking at the Serio 4000 or X5 pro large. Any recommendations for boards 24x20+? Also looking at the btu 10 zone Air 125. Cycle tim

Üdv! Köszönöm, már régen megoldódott! Ez a gép nem Hatvanból van, hanem a salzgitteri Boschból. Azóta volt még 1-2 probléma, de most kifogástalanul megy! Jelenleg az EKRA X5 tápegységével bajlódunk már közel 2 hónapja, mert menet közben elszállt.
