Hello. I have a problem with reflow soldering of PCBs with golden pads. Peste explodes in the oven. I don't know in witch phase of process (in what point of profile) it happens. It's the reason of problems with golden pads - it's dirty when going out

I take it you mean that the Cap "explodes"! If so it sounds like the cap is not rated for the Temperature profile you are using. Check the temp.spec of the part. Check your reflow profile.

I must have been confused on the email chain when I originally bought the machine back in 2020. Stephen Nigro told me it would be 12.9k + travel expenses. Do the manuals include service manuals/exploded views for ordering parts?
